How to reach Pali?

By Road- Pali is well connected by roads. There are many private buses as well as Rajasthan State Transport Corporation buses that connect Pali with other major and minor cities and towns of Rajasthan and the rest of India. The best option for traveling by road is by hiring a taxi or luxury van to reach this historic place.
By Train-Pali is well connected by Trains also. The Pali railway station is just 3 km away from the historic town and has good connectivity to various parts of Rajasthan and the rest of the country. There are passenger trains and express trains running on these routes that have stopped at these stations. The native and delegates can hire a taxi from the railway station to reach Pali.
By Air-The nearest airport to Pali is the Jodhpur Airport, which is nearly 77 km from Pali. This airport has good connectivity of flights to major airports of Rajasthan and the rest of the country. The delegates who are coming by flight can hire a taxi in order to reach Pali. There are state transport bus facilities from the airport.

How to reach the accommodation?

Upon reaching Pali, you can either directly reach the place of accommodation or assemble at this point
“Ramdeo College of Management and Science
Cedar Complex, Sojat Road, Pali”.


The delegates will be duly assisted and as per their convenience, shuttle services shall be provided to the delegates (Charges to be borne by the delegates).

Where will our accommodation at?

The location of the accommodation is as follows:
“Vijay Vallabh Sadhna Kendra, Jetpura
Sumera Road, Pali, Rajasthan.”

What mandatory Documents should I carry?

Any valid Govt photo ID – Passport/ Aadhar ID/ Driving license/ Voter ID.
Please carry SARS-CoV-2(COVID) valid vaccine certificate.

Shall I carry my ID card with me?

It is mandatory for all delegates to carry IDs. This is for your own convenience.

Will all the delegates be given accommodation at the same place?

Yes. However, the accommodation for men and women is in separate cottages.

What kind of accommodation is provided?

Accommodation is provided on a shared basis inside the campus. There will be enough space for keeping luggage, and other essential commodities will be provided. The number of delegates sharing a room shall be decided by the concerned authorities and their decision will be final.

Do the accommodation charges include food facilities too?

The accommodation charges include food facilities only up to Pali, any charges incurred beyond Pali will be charged.

Do we get any food facilities at outside accommodation places?

You can purchase your meals from hotels or nearby restaurants. But non-vegetarian food is not allowed inside the campus.

What are the food facilities inside the campus?

For all our delegates, the food facility is available which is included in the cost. However, the food available will be vegetarian and without garlic as well as onion.
Non-vegetarian food as it is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation on account of the location being a Jain Temple.

What about the security facilities?

The campus has a vigilant and round-the-clock security service. To ensure the safety of the delegates, there will be additional security guards in order to avoid thefts and other mishaps. However, delegates are requested to take care of their luggage and valuable items.

When can I check in at accommodation?

Delegates are humbly requested to check-in at the accommodation on January 2, 2024 and afterward. However, no delegates shall be provided the accommodation before the above-given date. Check-out date is January 12, 2024.

Conduct at the accommodation.

We invite delegates to inform themselves about the local dresscode beforehand. The delegates are required to dress decently and appropriately. In any case of misconduct or indiscipline, the individual shall be dealt with accordingly by the concerned authorities. Also, smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

Refund in any case.

Due to multiple stakeholders’ involvement and efforts made by people and NGOs, once you complete the registration process it is not possible to process the refund.

Expenses are to be borne by the delegate.

Flight expenses, visa, insurance, and any personal or travel expense made outside of the training and field research period will have to be taken care of by the delegates.

Information regarding other facilities.

Delegates are informed that all the necessary facilities shall be provided to them. However, facilities like laundry, ironing, and WiFi shall be charged and expenses are to be borne by the delegates.
