Dr. Vishnu Ramdeo

Dr. Vishnu Ramdeo has been an avid Researcher and Entrepreneur with a deep commitment to promoting excellence in higher education in India. After working as a Manager in various multinational companies for nearly five years, he left the corporate sector to focus on research, pursue his PhD and initiate his own projects. He is the Founder and Director of the Ramdeo College of Management and Science, which was started with the motive to create a difference in higher Education whilst working within the existing system. He has forged new partnerships to qualitatively improve teaching standards and re-envisioned the concept of education in rural areas of India, especially Rajasthan. He is also the initiator of the “Indo German Forum for Young Leaders” under the patronage of established leaders of both countries. Dr. Ramdeo is the recipient of the German Chancellor’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Fellowship, 2015. Hosted by Humboldt University, he is presently based in Berlin, Germany, working on qualitatively improving higher educational systems by collaborations between educational institutions of India and the EU.

Shoaib Khan is a Law graduate from the University of Delhi and Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy and currently working on a project with Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur and Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India. With a background in Physical Sciences and International Law, he is interested in science and technology policy, Sustainable development and International relations and firmly believe that world problems can be solved through dialogue and negotiations. Being convener for debate and discussion society at college and co-founder of Foundation for Peace Studies and Diplomacy, he has participated and leads various national and International public forums and conferences, also actively engaged with Indo-German Young Leaders Forum, nuclear law association of India, Centre for WTO studies and Indian Society of International Law. Besides an international affairs enthusiast, he is an avid reader and enjoys music, travelling and wants to explore and learn about different languages and cultures.
Maximilian von Laer

Max is currently working on his PhD Thesis on “Innovation Strategies of Emerging Markets” at the Technical University Berlin. Prior to his PhD studies, he founded an internationally operating startup and gained work experience in India and China. Max studied economics in Berlin, Paris and Barcelona, and holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade, Finance and Development from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
